An AGMAX tractor rotary hoe, also known as a rotary tiller, is used to break up, aerate, and mix soil, preparing it for planting.  Powered by the tractor’s PTO, an AGMAX rotary hoe can:

  • Loosen compacted soil
  • Incorporate crop residue, compost, or fertiliser
  • Pulverise clumps for a finer seedbed
  • Control weeds by uprooting them

A tractor rotary hoe is commonly used for seedbed preparation,  garden cultivation, soil mixing before planting vegetables or crops, post-harvest cleanup, and pasture renovation. ASSEMBLY

  • Implements are shipped on a pallet and are either enclosed in a steel frame or flat-packed.
  • Basic mechanical experience is recommended, as some assembly and pre-delivery are required.
  • If the implement has a gearbox, it will be pre-filled with oil before dispatch.
  • The operator should grease any grease points before use.
  • A PTO shaft will be supplied. The owner may need to cut it to suit the tractor.
