An AGMAX post-hole digger is a strong, go-to implement for building paddocks, general fencing and tree planting in normal soil. Compacted or very hard soils are better penetrated with an AGMAX MD post-hole digger with downforce.

ASSEMBLY

  • Implements are shipped on a pallet and are either enclosed in a steel frame or flat-packed.
  • Basic mechanical experience is recommended, as some assembly and pre-delivery are required.
  • If the implement has a gearbox, it will be pre-filled with oil before dispatch.
  • The operator should grease any grease points before use.
  • A PTO shaft will be supplied. The owner may need to cut it to suit the tractor.

Please note that local pickup is only available at branches with stock. Implements are shipped from the nearest available location.

With four interchangeable augers available – 150mm (6”), 230mm (9”), 300mm (12”) and 450mm (18″), an AGMAX post hole digger will dramatically reduce the human effort required, to complete a wide variety of tasks. Please note auger is not included and will need to be purchased in addition to the post hole digger.

The AGMAX post-hole digger utilises a heavy, 50hp gearbox, making it suitable for most soils. All augers have replaceable teeth and pilot guides, which are readily available from all SOTA Tractors’ branches.
