AGMAX box scrapers are used for ripping, grading and levelling of soil. The AGMAX box scraper has a strong steel box frame for grading and a set of fully adjustable tines that can lightly scarify or deep rip, depending on your requirements. An AGMAX box scraper is ideal for:

  • Preparation of garden beds
  • Eradication of rabbit burrows
  • Gravel road repairs
  • Creation of fire breaks
  • Grading of plant matter and soil
  • Tree planting preparation
  • Levelling of uneven surfaces
  • Track creation
  • Backfilling of holes and trenches

ASSEMBLY

  • Implements are shipped on a pallet and are either enclosed in a steel frame or flat-packed.
  • Basic mechanical experience is recommended, as some assembly and pre-delivery are required.
  • If the implement has a gearbox, it will be pre-filled with oil before dispatch.
  • The operator should grease any grease points before use.

Please note that local pickup is only available at branches with stock. Implements are shipped from the nearest available location.

The rear blade acts as a conventional grader blade; however, the added weight of the box frame provides increased downward pressure and bite into the ground. The box scraper traps and redistributes the newly ripped soil while simultaneously collecting debris such as roots and plant matter within the confines of the box. A work area can be prepared and cleaned in one action, saving time. The rear blade can also be used as a grader when the tractor drives in reverse. The tines within the box are fully adjustable, either individually or as a set, to enable scarifying or soil ripping. They are easily removed or stored upside down inside the box frame.
